Rolls By U, a make-your-own sushi restaurant, will be opening soon in Arlington. The eatery is located at 1713 Wilson Blvd.

The menu will feature “bowls, rolls and ‘ritos,” according to its Web site. The restaurant may still have job openings, according to an for cashiers posted Wednesday on craigslist.
