Man Exposes Himself, Attacks Woman on Orange Line Metro Train: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Metro Transit Police have arrested a man who they say sexually assaulted a Metro train passenger on the Orange Line on Monday.

Anthony Sinclair, 27, of D.C. has been accused of exposing himself to a woman and attacking her on the Orange Line as it approached the Dunn Loring station at around 2 p.m. on Sept. 5, according to a statement from police posted on Twitter.

The woman identified him to police, who arrested him and charged him with aggravated sexual battery and assault and battery. He is being held without bond.
