Man Forces Way Into Occupied Hotel Room Near Fort Myer
An unknown man forced his way into an occupied hotel room in the Fort Myer area Wednesday night, according to Arlington County Police.
ARLINGTON, VA -- An unknown man forced his way into an occupied hotel room in the Radnor-Fort Myer Heights area Wednesday night, according to the Arlington County Police's daily crime report.
ACPD officers were dispatched Wednesday, Feb. 5, around 6 p.m., to a hotel in the 1600 block of Arlington Boulevard. Arriving on the scene, they learned that an unknown male forced his way into an occupied hotel room. Seeing the victims inside, he left. Once in the parking lot, the suspect opened the door of an occupied vehicle, then fled the scene on foot. Police report no one was injured nor was anything stolen.
The suspect is described as a young, white male with blond hair and a beard, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9 in height. He was wearing a hooded black sweatshirt and a backpack.
