ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a sexual battery incident that occurred Tuesday night near Pentagon City, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched around 7:18 p.m., to South Joyce Street at 18th Street South for the report of an assault. The victim told police she was running in the area when a man approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks. The victim shouted, and the man fled on foot, entered the passenger side of an older model maroon sedan, and then left the area.

Police describe the suspect as an Hispanic man, standing about 5-foot-4. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark gray hoodie, and a white knit hat. This case remains under investigation.
