Man Showing Buttocks To Passersby In Clarendon Is Arrested: Cops
Police say the man was drunk, and he now faces a couple of charges.
ARLINGTON, VA -- Police have arrested a man who allegedly was exposing his buttocks to multiple people passing by in Clarendon.
Police were called to the 3000 block of Clarendon Boulevard at around 5:25 p.m. on Sept. 28 to a report of a drunk in public, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"Upon arrival, officers located the suspect and determined he was intoxicated and had exposed his buttocks to multiple people passing by," the report states.

Police arrested 62-year-old William Klugel on charges of indecent exposure and drunk in public.
