Man Spotted Behaving Strangely In Arlington Wooded Area: Police
Responding officers saw the man, but he managed to escape.

ARLINGTON, VA -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man was seen with his pants unzipped in a wooded area in Arlington over the weekend.
Police were called to the 800 block of S. Frederick Street at around 6:24 p.m. on Saturday to a report of a suspicious person, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim was in the parking lot of his residence when he observed an unknown male suspect in a wooded area staring at him with his pants unzipped," the report states. "When the victim returned approximately ten minutes later, he observed the same male exhibiting the same suspicious behavior and called police."

Responding officers spotted the man, but he fled on foot.
Police described the man as follows: "white Hispanic male, in his 40’s, approximately 5’6”, with an average build, dark hair with a receding hairline, wearing jeans and a light grey and black sweatshirt."
