Marlowe Apartments Near Amazon HQ2 Bought By DC Developer: Report
A D.C. developer paid $48.5 million for the 162-unit apartment building located across from Metropolitan Park, according to reports.

ARLINGTON, VA — Fortis Companies, a Washington, D.C.-based real estate development and investment firm, recently paid $48.5 million for a front-row seat to Amazon's HQ2 in Crystal City, according to news reports.
Fortis purchased Marlowe Apartments, a 162-unit high-rise building, which is situated across from Metropolitan Park, the first phase of Amazon's East Coast headquarters, according to Virginia Business.
Built in 1986, Marlowe Apartments is located atop the Crystal City Metro Station at located at 400 15th St. S.
