Updated: Police Locate Missing Woman In Tara-Leeway Heights Area

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police announced around 12:15 a.m., on Monday that they had located a woman who had gone missing Sunday night in the Tara - Leeway Heights area, according to a post on ACPD's official Twitter account. A police helicopter had assisted the search for the missing woman.

Shortly after finding the woman, ACPD canceled the alert it had issued earlier in the evening calling for the public's help in locating her.
