Motorcyclist Dies In High-Speed I-66 Crash In Arlington: Police
The motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed on I-66 when it hit a car, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA -- A motorcyclist has died after rear-ending a car and then hitting a guardrail on Interstate 66 Tuesday night.
Two motorcyclists were traveling westbound on I-66 near Exit 67 at a high rate of speed just before 10 p.m. when one of the motorcycles rear-ended a car, according to Virginia State Police, citing witnesses.
The impact of the crash caused the motorcycle to run off the interstate and strike a guardrail, police say.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. The driver of the car was not injured.
