National Landing Lights Up For The Holidays
National Landing businesses and residents are showing their holiday spirit as part of the 22202 Holiday Lights decorating contest.
ARLINGTON, VA — Voting is underway in the National Landing Business Improvement District (BID) for the 22202 Holiday Lights decorating contest. The BID partnered with Geva & Jane Realtors and Extreme Pizza to encourage businesses and residents in the district to decorate their storefronts and homes for the holidays.
The contest kicked off on Monday and will run through Saturday. The public is invited to vote for their favorite display at 22202 Holiday Lights. The link also provides a map of the decorated storefronts for people to checkout in person.
A team of judges will present awards in a variety of fun categories, including Classic Elegance: the “Martha Stewart” prize for the best timeless display, and Fun and Fabulous: the “Clark Griswold” prize for the most imaginative and over-the-top display. BID will announce the winners Saturday over its social media platforms and in its newsletter.

Gift cards good at small businesses in the National Landing area will be presented to residential winners, while businesses will compete for cash prizes.
