Reviews (from Yelp):
"If you know authentic Mexican Tacos (not Southwest Mexican) you know that nothing comes close to a real taco here in DC. Nothing. We do have some that are good contestants but the real deal - the real mcCoy for authentic Mexico City Tacos is El Chilango!! ... Seriously, if you want to have an authentic Taco. This is the place!" - Jeyben C.

"El Chilango is a no-frills, authentic taco truck. I ordered the Lengua and Asada but also tried Pork and Chicken. The only one that I didn't care for was the Asada/Steak (which was a little disappointing since I usually love steak!). It was tough and maybe I'm a little too picky, but there were inedible pieces of tendon that I kept having to pick out. The Lengua was my favorite and very flavorful but also tender. They provide plenty of lime, radishes and salsa to top your tacos - I could come back everyday. Highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!" - Vicky L.
2. Tortas Y Tacos La Chiquita, 2911 Columbia Pike
Reviews (from Yelp):
"These tacos though. Such a fantastic price and also so filling despite their small size! Highly recommend both the veggie and fish tacos. Both come with avocado, and the veggie has cactus on it. Each was very tasty and didn't really need more flavor, although hot sauce never hurts." - Christina R.
"I've been eating at tortas y tacos since they were a shady truck in a parking lot. It's the best taco place in arlington - hands down. They are simple tacos with your choice of protein served on 2 warmed corn tortillas and a mixture of radish and cilantro on top served with a lime on the side. Every taco I've had is delicious but my faves are the mixto, lengua and fish." - Juliet K.
3. La Tingeria, Ballston (food truck)
Reviews (from Yelp):
"La Tingeria catered my rehearsal lunch and all I can say is WOW! I hosted a lunch for 20 people, local and from Cali (they know their Tacos) and they were impressed. David was awesome and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Everything from the Tacos, Sopes, Tinga, Elotes, Mangos and churros were amazing!!!!!!!!!" - Martin P.
"Love their food, the service is always on point. Have never being disappointed with anything they have to offer. Tacos are amazing, creativity is well though out. Flavor are delicious! Looking forwards to tying out more of your menu!" - Michael L.
