New Apartment Building in Ballston Offers Luxe Amenities

Bozzuto Management Company, a subsidiary of the Greenbelt, Md.-based Bozzuto Group, announced Tuesday that The Maxwell, a new luxury apartment community located at 4200 N. Carlin Springs Road in Ballston is open for leasing.

The mid-rise community features 163 apartment homes contained within six stories.

Resident amenities in this pet-friendly community include:

• The Dwelling, a club-inspired areas with lounge seating, flat screen televisions, billiards table, bar, fireplace, and Wi-Fi;
• The Maxout, a fitness center offering best-in-class cardio and weight equipment;
• The Inkwell, a professional setting with business center, printers, internet access, as well as a breakout area for meetings and conferences;
• The Wellement, a secluded, intimate courtyard with outdoor lounge and fireplace, and state of the art food-service area with barbeque grill, prep sink, and bar.

Additionally, Bozzuto Management provides top-of-the-line Livewell Services, onsite parking in a secured garage, and bicycle storage area.

Apartments range from studio, studio loft, one-bedroom, one-bedroom loft, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom or two-bedroom loft (you can see the floorplans here). The rental fees did not appear to be available on the Web site but there are plenty listed on craigslist. One listing shows a one-bedroom for $1,764. Some of the posts suggest that fees are being waived and potential residents could receive two months rent-free.

Features within the kitchen are designed in a sleek, high contrast style with white quartz countertops, dark-wood cabinetry, mosaic-tile backsplashes and stainless steel, Frigidaire®appliances. Bathrooms provide a soothing atmosphere with porcelain floor tiles and ceramic tub surrounds. The homes are finished with well-chosen features including wood-style flooring in the kitchen and living areas, studio lighting with brushed-steel finish, available recessed balconies, and two-story lofts with unique spiral staircases.

The community lives up to green living standards by utilizing Energy Star®appliances and Nest Learning Thermostats.

The Maxwell is situated to provide easy access to restaurants, shopping and transportation services in the Ballston neighborhood.
