“Where I’m originally from - the Basque Country - family and friends often gather on the weekends between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to partake in something we call Hora de Vermouth,” said Executive Chef and Owner Josu Zubikarai. “It’s somewhat similar to the brunch experience in America, but we typically enjoy it as a late breakfast with beverages such as Txakoli (if you’re from the North like me) or Sherry (if you’re from the South), as we prepare to indulge in a late and lengthy lunch a bit later on in the day. It’s a fun way to relax, enjoy the weekend, and catch up with everyone over great food and drinks.”
