New Restaurant 'Dirt' Opening In Ballston: Report

It's a "fitness-focused" dining concept that will open in the spring.

ARLINGTON, VA -- A new restaurant is opening in Ballston with a name that won't exactly make your mouth water.

The Washingtonian reports that Miami-based health-centric dining concept "Dirt" will open this spring in the Ballston Exchange building, joining Shake Shack, We The Pizza, and Cava.

This will be the third location of Dirt, and the first outside Florida. Its founder, Jeff LaTulippe, says that the name "makes you think of food, fresh, and unprocessed," according to the report.
