NJ Man Cited For Unlawful Entry In Buckingham Neighborhood: Police
While investigating a noise, a Buckingham woman encountered a NJ man inside her residence early Saturday morning, according to authorities.

ARLINGTON, VA — A New Jersey man is facing an unlawful entry charge after he was found inside a Buckingham residence early Saturday morning, according to authorities.
A woman contacted Arlington County Police just before 4:30 a.m. after confronting a man inside her residence in the 4400 block of 4th Street North, according to the incident report. She encountered the man after she went to investigate a noise inside her home.
The woman told police that the man had fled the scene and no items had been taken, according to police. Searching the area, the responding officers located a suspect inside a nearby residential building that matched the description of the suspect.

Police arrested 32-year-old Kenneth Harrison of Hoboken, New Jersey and charged him with unlawful entry and public intoxication, according to police. He was later released on his own recognizance.
Harrison is scheduled to be arraigned at 2 p.m. in Arlington General District Court, according to court documents. A preliminary hearing date has not been scheduled.

The entering a property to cause damage charge is a Class 1 misdemeanor. If convicted on this charge, Harrison faces a potential sentence of up to 12 months in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,500, under Virginia law.
