Arlington Woman Is Grateful For The Workers Protecting The County's Green Spaces

Sarah Gordon appreciates all the hard work that goes into protecting Arlington's green spaces and she wants to show her gratitude.

ARLINGTON, VA — All during November, Patch is inviting its readers to share their gratitude for others.

Sarah Gordon wanted to acknowledge the great work being done to protect Arlington's natural green space. Here's what she had to say:

I am grateful for Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation for their efforts to protect natural green space and residents access to natural forest and open space. I think its so important for us to take breaks in nature and this improves our quality of life. I am gratetful to live across the street from one of the county parks and I appreciate all the people who work hard to keep our parks and walkways full of trees.
