Arlington Police Arrest MD Man For Throwing His Drink At The Driver Who Honked At Him
Arlington County Police say a man who was driving along Columbia Pike was injured after someone threw a drink through his car window.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a Maryland man Saturday night after he reportedly threw a beverage through the window of a car traveling down Columbia Pike, according to the daily crime report.
Officers responded around 8:41 p.m., for the report of an assault on Columbia Pike at S. Monroe Street. An investigation revealed that the victim was driving in the area when a man who was walking blocked his car. The victim honked at the man to let him know he driving past. The man threw his drink through the window of the car, hitting the victim in the head, according to police. The victim suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment.
The officers put out a call for assistance and the suspect was located in the 3500 block of Columbia Pike.

Police arrested Dawit Tsegaye, 38, of Silver Spring, Maryland, and charged him with throwing missiles at occupied vehicles. They also served Tsegaye with an outstanding warrant out of Alexandria.
