ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a 40-year-old man early Monday morning in connection with a March 27 peeping incident that occurred in the Aurora Hills neighborhood. Authorities said he had returned to the home.

Around 2:03 a.m. on Monday, police received a report of a suspicious person in the 900 block of 17th Street South. The victims told police they were in their home when they saw a man outside their home whom they recognized from a March 27 peeping incident.

After searching the area, police located a man who match the description of the suspect and took him into custody.

Police arrested and charged Christopher Sails of no fixed address with peeping in connection to the March 27 incident. Sails was then held without bond.
