Pet Of The Week: Nala Is Not Too Afraid To Cuddle
Nala would be a loving and loyal companion to calm household.
ARLINGTON, VA — Nala was pretty scared and shy when she arrived at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, but now that she's in a foster home, her personality is shining!
Her foster mom told us:
"Nala is a total sweetheart who loves to cuddle and will get on your lap for an afternoon nap. She loves to be around you, sitting or relaxing close to where you are. Occasionally, she has bursts of energy, which are well spent on a few laps around the house, or playing catch with her toys. She is very observant, when you express yourself verbally or with a hand gesture, she understands! On top of that, she learns tricks quickly. She was able to balance a ball on her head after a few tries. Even though she hasn't spent much time with the resident cat at her foster home, she has been friendly and curious to get to know the other cat. Nala would be a loving and loyal companion to a calm household!"
