Pet Of The Week: Why So Formal? Tuxedo Needs A Home

Tuxedo loves sitting in a sunbeam near his window, napping the day away.

ARLINGTON, VA — Tuxedo is a lovable guy who becomes friends with everyone he meets! He loves sitting in a sunbeam near his window, napping the day away. You can make his day even better by giving him as many snuggles as you'd like! Sadly, Tuxedo was abandoned by his previous family, so he is really hoping to find a new home to spend the rest of his days.

If you are interested in Tuxedo, schedule an appointment to come in to meet them. Please note that the Animal Welfare League of Arlington has limited availability for in-shelter visitation right now and adoptions will be processed on a first come, first matched basis. If you do not see an option to schedule an appointment — that appointment time and date is already booked.

Pet of the Week highlights animals available for adoption from the Animal Welfare League of Arlington. The Arlington County Animal Shelter at 2650 S. Arlington Mill Drive, Arlington, VA 22206, is closed to the public due to the coronavirus pandemic. Pets are still available to adopt. Visit AWLA's website to find out more.
