Pink In The Park Returns To National Landing For Cherry Blossom Season
The free event series, presented by Amazon, includes family-friendly activities, live music, and art installations across National Landing.

ARLINGTON, VA — The National Landing Business Improvement District, Amazon, and the National Cherry Blossom Festival are bringing back Pink in the Park to National Landing. This free spring event series will feature cultural programming, including art, live music, family-friendly activities, and local food and beverages. The series will also offer an early look at cherry blossoms along Long Bridge Park and blossom-themed outdoor installations at Water Park and Metropolitan Park.
Tracy Sayegh Gabriel, president and CEO of the National Landing BID, said the event brings people together.
"We’re excited for another year of celebrating cherry blossom season here in National Landing," she said. "As the area continues to evolve, Pink in the Park brings people together through art, music and community, reflecting the unique spirit of National Landing and the D.C. region."

The event lineup begins on Saturday, March 21, with Pink in the Pool at the Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event offers free access to the leisure pool, pink decorations, and activities such as origami, paper lantern decorating, and flower balloon twisting. Japanese snacks will also be available. Advance registration is required due to limited space.
Pink Beats, an outdoor music series, will take place on Thursdays, March 26, April 2, and April 9, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Water Park. The series will feature local DJs and a visual spectacle with dancers. Spring-inspired food and drink specials will be available for purchase from various Water Park kiosks.

The Art of Pink event is scheduled for Friday, April 10, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Metropolitan Park. This showcase will feature an exhibition with over 50 local artists displaying cherry blossom-inspired artwork. Japanese and pan-Asian food and drinks will be offered, and a live mural showdown with Secret Walls is planned. The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington’s Innovation Studio and Amazon’s HQ2 lobbies will serve as exhibition spaces with art activities. DJ Joyce Lim will provide live music.

All events are free, and RSVPs are encouraged for Pink Beats and Art of Pink.
