Police: Man Touches Boy in Bathroom Stall

Arlington County Police arrested a man Tuesday night after police say he inappropriately touched a boy in the bathroom stall of a Ballston area restaurant.

The incident took place Tuesday at 7:48 p.m. in the 900 block of N. Stafford Street, according to police. A juvenile boy was pulled into a stall and touched inappropriately by a man in a restaurant bathroom, police said.

The man fled the scene and was later located by police. Cesar Muz-Moya, 53, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction, according to police. He was held without bond.
