Police Seek Man Who Exposed Himself At Penrose Area Park

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a man they say exposed himself Wednesday to two people playing tennis at a park in the Penrose area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of S. Scott St. at 11:58 a.m. for the report of an indecent exposure. The two victims told police they were playing tennis at a park when they noticed a man exposing his genitals and masturbating. As the victims began to leave and call police, the man fled on foot.

ACPD describe the suspect as a 30- to 40-year-old bald man who was wearing a white shirt, white sweatpants and a black face mask. This case remains under investigation.
