Pull-Ups World Record Bested in Arlington: 5,801 in 24 Hours!
Guinness World Records still has to approve D.C. resident John Bocke's record before it's official.

D.C. resident John Bocek may have broken a world record for pull-ups over the weekend in Arlington. He did 5,801 pull-ups within 24 hours at a Crossfit gym at 1110 N. Glebe Road in Arlington, according to the video he posted on YouTube. He started Saturday and completed his feat Sunday.
The Guinness World Records still has to approve Bocek’s record before it is an official world record, Tucker Jones, the owner of Ballston Crossfit, told ARLnow.
With his 5,801 pull-ups, Bocek shatters the former Guinness World Record of 5,101 by Michael Tufo of Piscataway, N.J.
