Repair Man Exposes Himself Inside Arlington Forest Home: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating an indecent exposure incident that occurred Monday afternoon at an Arlington Forest home, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched Tuesday to the 5300 block of North Carlin Springs Road in response to a message received on the Telephone Reporting Unit phone line. The victim told the officers that while she was having maintenance done inside her residence around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, a man exposed his genitals to her.

Police described the suspect as an Hispanic man, standing about 5-foot-8 and weighing 180 pounds. He also had black hair. This case remains under investigation.
