Repeat Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested For Bus Stop Incident

Arlington County Police arrested a suspect Saturday who they say was charged with three or more indecent exposure offenses in 10 years.

ARLINGTON, VA — A repeat indecent exposer was arrested early Saturday morning after he exposed himself to a woman waiting for a bus in Ballston, according to Arlington County Police.

Officers responded around 3:02 a.m. for the report of an indecent exposure at a bus stop on N. Randolph Street at Fairfax Drive. A preliminary investigation revealed that a man approached a woman at a bus stop and exposed himself, according to police.

The officers located 36-year-old Devin Hoerauf of an undetermined address nearby and arrested him. Police charged with Hoerauf with indecent exposure (3+ offenses in 10 years) and public masturbation.
