ARLINGTON, VA — Residents began moving in last month at The Grace and are expected to move in next month at Reva. The two 300-foot-tall apartment towers were built by Amazon development partner JBG Smith, according to Bisnow.

The buildings include 808 rental units and 40,000 square-feet of ground floor retail, according to Bisnow's report.

JBG Smith broke ground on the site in March 2021, replacing an 11-story office building that had been constructed in the 1960s. The apartments are part of a larger redevelopment of the area around new Amazon's headquarters.
