Ribbon Cutting Sunday at Towers Park in Arlington County

Join members of the Arlington County Board and the community Sunday at 11 a.m. in celebrating the completion of the renovations at Towers Park, a new dog park located at 801 S. Scott St.

Come see the newly reconstructed basketball court, tennis courts, practice courts and picnic shelter. The Arlington County Tennis Association will be on site with FREE tennis drills for interested attendees, including footwork drills, volleys and ground strokes.

This four-acre park features a playground, four lighted tennis courts and two practice walls, a lighted basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a community garden, a lighted dog park. You’ll also find drinking fountains, picnic tables and a picnic shelter.
