Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City Introduces New Executive Chef

Arlington, VA -- Phil Skerman was named recently the new executive chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. He was previously the executive sous chef. In his new role, he will oversee all food and beverage operations at the luxury hotel, which is located near the Pentagon and Air Force Memorial in Arlington.

Skerman is a veteran chef within The Ritz-Carlton organization, working at locations throughout Florida and the D.C. metro region. His culinary achievements include strategic planning and introducing new food and beverage initiatives at The Ritz-Carlton's Tysons Corner location.

The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City hosts more than 700 events annually, including banquets and social events for businesses, such as defense contractors.
