Rosslyn BID Signs New Leases At Wilson Boulevard Buildings, Plans Move
The business group signed leases for about 7,263 square feet of office space and is making plans to move into its new digs.
ROSSLYN, VA — The Rosslyn Business Improvement District has signed leases for about 7,263 square feet at 1100 and 1101 Wilson Boulevard and plans to relocate its offices within Rosslyn this month. The organization said it will occupy 4,363 square feet at 1100 Wilson Blvd. for its headquarters and 2,900 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd. to support its operations team.
The BID’s current office location at 1911 and 1901 North Fort Myer Drive is being redeveloped by its owner as a residential property, according to a release. The BID said the move will keep its offices in the center of the community it serves while shifting its teams into two different spaces designed for separate needs.
The new office at 1100 Wilson Blvd. will serve as the BID’s professional headquarters, consolidating Ambassador operations and storage into one location intended to improve service delivery, efficiency and day-to-day coordination, according to the release. The BID described its Ambassador program as a long-standing initiative focused on safety, cleanliness and hospitality in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington.

“As an organization focused on supporting and shaping Rosslyn, it was important that our offices remained in the heart of the community we serve,” said BID President Mary-Claire Burick. “The relocation process reinforced for us why Rosslyn continues to work so well for office tenants and the broader community — offering a central location, neighborhood amenities, and the incredible views Rosslyn is known for.”
The BID was represented by Wendy Feldman Block of Savills, according to the release. The relocation required two distinct types of space and that solutions were identified to meet each need.

The properties were acquired in December 2024 by a joint venture comprised of an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners and Qatar Investment Authority as part of a larger portfolio of commercial office buildings in Rosslyn’s The Towers and 1101 Wilson Blvd. According to the announcement, that portfolio is expected to receive a substantial capital plan that includes updated amenities, enhanced common areas and flexible office environments.
“We’re pleased to welcome the BID headquarters to The Towers,” said Heena S. Feeney, a vice president at Beacon Capital Partners. “The BID plays a critical role in the community and neighborhood, and we’re proud to support their work from one of Rosslyn’s most recognizable properties.”
