Rosslyn Luxury Apartment Tower Central Place For Sale: Report

ROSSLYN, VA — As part of its ongoing consolidation of assets outside of National Landing, JBG Smith Properties has put Central Place up for sale, according to new reports.

Newmark is brokering the deal for JBG Smith. Bids are due May 9 on the 31-story, 377-unit tower located at 1800 N. Lynn St in Arlington, the Washington Business Journal reports.

CEO Matt Kelly wrote a letter to shareholders early this year that it would continue to sell assets in order to fund new projects and acquisitions, according to WBJ. In February, the CoStar Group paid about $325 million for the nearby Central Place office tower.
