"The menu will be a spin-off of Maple Ave. As the kitchen evolves, so will the menu," Hernandez said at the time.

Water & Wall will open Saturday, Nov. 2 — a day later than originally planned, but apparently keeping a tradition alive started with Maple Ave, according to Northern Virginia Magazine.
