ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred Monday afternoon in Ballston, according to the daily crime report.

Police were contacted around 6:03 p.m, Monday for the late report of a sexual assault. After calling the victim, they learned that she and a man had exited a bus around 4 p.m. in the 4200 block of Fairfax Drive. The man asked her if she needed directions, then touched her breast and left the area on another bus.

Police describe the suspect as a Black man, about 27-29-years old, with a slim build, standing 5-foot-10 and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He had short dreadlock hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black mask, black jacket, and black jeans.
