Shirlington Bike Trail Robbery Thwarted: Police

REPORTS

ROBBERY, 150804027, 2600 block of S. Four Mile Run Road. At approximately 11:45 a.m on August 4, an unknown suspect attempted to take a victim’s bag while she was riding her bike on Shirlington Bike Trail. The robbery attempt was unsuccessful, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a white Hispanic male in his forties, approximately 5’6” tall and weighing 200 lbs. He was wearing a dark shirt and baggy blue jeans at the time of the incident.
