Shooting Injures 2 People In Arlington's Green Valley: Police
Arlington County Police are investigating a shooting in the Green Valley neighborhood Wednesday night that injured two people.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a shooting near the John Robinson Jr. Town Square in the Green Valley neighborhood Wednesday night that injured two people.
A male shooting victim remains hospitalized with injuries that are serious but not life-threatening, according to police. A female victim was grazed by a bullet and was treated on the scene by medics, police said.
Around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, police said they received a report of the shooting, which occurred in the 3200 block of 24th Street S. in Green Valley.

A large group of people were congregating in the area when a suspect or suspects fired multiple gunshots, injuring the victims and causing damage to a building and a car, police said.
Witnesses told police said they saw unidentified people speed away from the area in a black sedan right after the shooting. Police said they issued a lookout for the car, but could not find it.
