Teen Sweeps Through Unlocked Residences in Arlington Neighborhood: Police
Police were able to track down a suspect after residents near Courthouse say someone stole their stuff.

ARLINGTON, VA — It's always a good idea to lock your doors, because you never know when someone is looking to waltz into your home when you forget. Police have arrested an Arlington teenager after they say he entered several unlocked residences near Courthouse on Friday.
Police were called to the 1200 block of N. Veitch Street just before 3 p.m. on Jan. 27 to a report of a suspicious person.
When officers arrived, they found that several unlocked residences had been entered by an unknown male subject, who had stolen several items, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

After getting a description of the suspect from victims, police arrested 18-year-old Sultan Khlaed Al-hamdani and charged him with two counts of burglary and one count of grand larceny.
