'Telephone Threat' Prompts Police Response To H-B Woodlawn School
Arlington Public Schools officials said H-B Woodlawn was in "secure the building" status Friday as police investigated the threat.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington police found "no evidence of a crime" after officers were called to H-B Woodlawn Secondary Program to investigate a reported telephone threat.
Police responded to the high school located at 1601 Wilson Blvd. shortly after 3 p.m. Arlington Public Schools officials also tweeted that H-B Woodlawn was in "secure the building" status while police investigated the threat.
"All students and staff are safe at this time," the district tweeted.

FINAL: Students have been dismissed and no evidence of a crime was located inside the school. The investigation into the telephone threat is ongoing.

No injuries were reported.
Police said officers would remain at the school to assist with student dismissal. The threat remains under investigation.
