Traffic Advisory: Celtic Festival This Weekend in Arlington

The 2015 Samuel Beckett’s Celtic Festival will be held in Shirlington on Saturday, and Arlington County Police have sent out an alert about a street closure this weekend.

Set up Saturday will begin at approximately 8 a.m. and clean-up should be completed by 7 p.m., police said. The actual event times are 12 noon to 7 p.m.

• Campbell Avenue will be closed from S. Randolph Street to the parking garage entrance in front of the Shirlington Harris Teeter.

Street parking in the area will be restricted. Motorists should be on the lookout for temporary “No Parking” signs. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed. If your vehicle is towed from a public street, call 703-558-2222.
