Traffic Advisory for Wednesday at Memorial Bridge Area

The National Park Service announced Tuesday that work will be done Wednesday that will partially close ramps to the Memorial Bridge that could hamper traffic.

There will be a partial ramp closure for emergency manhole work by Dominion contractors for approximately 2-3 hours during non-rush hour times Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., according to the National Park Service.

The George Washington Memorial Parkway Southbound ramps to Memorial Avenue, Arlington National Cemetery, Memorial Circle, and bridge will be affected, according to the NPS.

Signs and warnings will be placed in advance to help motorists navigate through the area.
