Two Women Abduct Victim at Gunpoint in Broad Daylight: Police

Two Hispanic women in their 40s forced a woman into their SUV, robbed her of cash, cellphone, passport, police say.

Two women in their 40s abducted another woman at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon in Arlington County, according to a police crime report released Wednesday.

Police say it was about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the 1300 block of George Mason Drive, where the two forced another woman at gunpoint into their SUV. They allegedly stole the woman’s cash, cell phone and passport, police said. After driving around a few blocks, they let the woman go.

Police described the two women as Hispanic; here’s a further description of the two, supplied by police: One suspect wore a baseball cap and grey hoodie. The second suspect had bleached blonde hair. She was wearing a hoodie with floral print, ripped blue jeans and ankle-high snow boots. The suspect’s vehicle was described as a dark color SUV, unknown make, model or tags. The investigation remains on going at this time.
