Virginia’s 8th Congressional District Candidates to Appear on Fairfax Public Access’s Inside Scoop TV Program, September 19.

The non-partisan Candidate Forum, for candidates for the 8th Congressional District, will be broadcast live on Monday, September 19, 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Fairfax Public Access TV’s Inside Scoop program. All three candidates, Donald S. Beyer, Jr. (Democrat), Julio Gracia (Independent), and Charles A. Hernick (Republican) have agreed to participate. The Forum can be viewed on Cox Channel 10 or 110 (HD), and on Verizon FIOS Channel 10. It can also be accessed and watched live online at: www.InsideScoopProductions.com or at www.ustream.tv/channel/tvinsidescoop by clicking the "watch/chat" button. Since there will be commercials prior to the program, it would be a good idea to tune in about 6:50 p.m.

On the night of the broadcast, viewers can submit questions via e-mail to: Insidescoop@Nova.org or via telephone at: 571-749-1166, 6:50 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Questions should focus on issues that the House of Representatives might be able to address rather than more local issues that are better addressed by local politicians. A panel will be reviewing the questions to ensure that a variety of pertinent topics are addressed.
