Wanted MS-13 Gang Member Arrested In Arlington
An MS-13 gang member who was one of the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives in Texas was arrested in Arlington. He is wanted for two murders in Texas.

ARLINGTON, VA — A 20-year-old MS-13 gang member who was one of the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives in Texas was captured in Arlington this past weekend, according to reports.
Douglas Alexander Herrera-Hernandez, also known as "Terror," is of El Salvadoran nationality and was wanted for two separate homicides in Texas. Herrera-Hernandez was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. while walking near Four Mile Run and Columbia Pike, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Police sought Herrera-Hernandez in connection with two murders in Texas — a June 2016 murder in Missouri City and a Harris County murder on July 9, 2017, the Texas Department of Public Safety reports.

WTOP reports that U.S. Border Patrol arrested Herrera-Hernandez in Texas in December 2014 when he allegedly entered the country illegally. An immigration judge ordered that he return to El Salvador after he failed to appear in court for his hearing in June 2015.
After tracing Herrera-Hernandez to Virginia, the Arlington County Police Department, ICE and the FBI participated in the arrest. Herrera-Hernandez is in jail and Arlington County and will be extradited to Texas.
