Warm Up with Special Noodle Menu at Arlington Restaurant

Water & Wall to offer a lunchtime "pop up" featuring special chefs and noodle menus for lunchtime fare.

What could be a more comforting dish during this blast of winter chill then noodles? And not just any noodles: Chef Tim Ma and his talented culinary team at Water & Wall, 3811 N Fairfax Dr. in Arlington are excited to announce the launch of their ‘Silk Road Noodle Pop-Up Lunch’ – beginning this week - this time giving a nod to noodles.

Water & Wall will be offering an eclectic assortment of noodle dishes, including rotating guest chef dishes from local chefs such as Jonah Kim on a monthly basis, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The pop-up lunch will be available at Water & Wall for the next three months - January through March 2015.

Historically the Silk Road was a merchant road used by the Chinese to and from Europe that stirred the debate as to where noodles originated from. This playful lunch pop-up was inspired by Chef Tim Ma’s childhood memories surrounding a wide variety of winter noodle dishes, many of which he wanted to be able to share with DC area diners during the cold winter months.
