WEATHER ALERT: Arlington Public Schools Issues Notice for Wednesday

The following was issued this afternoon by Arlington Public Schools:

All Arlington Public Schools after-school activities will be canceled, and no late buses will be provided. After-school activity cancellations include extracurricular activities, interscholastic contests, high school and middle school team practices and APS field trips. Extended Day will stay open until 6 p.m. APS buildings will be open for the Department of Parks and Recreation evening activities and meetings will be held as scheduled. All evening adult and community education classes will go ahead as scheduled.
