Will Entertainer Julianne Hough Be Moving to Arlington?

Washington Capitals team member Brooks Laich announced yesterday he’s engaged to TV’s “Dancing with the Stars” entertainer Julianne Hough.

Does the engagement mean a move to Arlington for Hough?

Laich, 32, practices his hockey moves in Arlington at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex. The 6’2” Canadian native, who plays center, gave the Washington Post a tour of his five-bedroom home in Arlington in 2013.

“We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love,” Laich posted on Tuesday. The post featured a photo of the two embracing.

Hough, 27, is a native of Utah and is an American dancer, singer-songwriter, and actress. She is a two-time professional champion of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” She recently performed at Wolf Trap with her brother, fellow entertainer Derek. Hough bought a house last year for just under $2 million in the Hollywood Hills, according to Variety.

Laich and Hough said they were set up by actor Teddy Sears, who starred in a movie called “Curve” with Hough.
