Woman With Baby Stroller Hit By Dump Truck In Arlington: Report

ARLINGTON, VA -- A dump truck hit a woman pushing a baby stroller in Rosslyn Thursday morning, according to a report.

WTOP reports that the woman was hit shortly before 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Lee Highway and Fort Myer Drive, near the entrance to the Key Bridge.

The woman was taken to the hospital with injuries that were serious but not life-threatening, and the baby was uninjured. The woman reportedly pushed the stroller out of the way of the truck before being hit.

Police are investigating.
