Woman Named 'Maryjane' Faces Marijuana Charge: Arlington Police
She was caught driving around in a stolen car, police say.

ARLINGTON, VA -- Police caught a woman named Maryjane in Ballston who they say stole a car in Fairfax County -- and they also hit her with a marijuana charge.
An officer on routine patrol in the area of N. Glebe Road at N. Carlin Springs Road at around 3:27 p.m. on Tuesday "was alerted to a License Plate Reader hit on a vehicle previously reported stolen out of Fairfax County," according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
"Officers effected a traffic stop and as they attempted to make contact with the driver of the vehicle, the driver attempted to flee on foot, but was quickly taken into custody without incident," the report states. "During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle was also wanted out of Fairfax County."
