Woman Struck by Metrobus in Pentagon City Sues for $25 Million: Report

A woman who was crushed by a Metrobus in Pentagon City is now suing for $25 million.

The woman had been hit by the bus on March 24 while crossing the street at the intersection of 15th Street and Eads Street South in the crosswalk and with the right of way, the lawsuit states according to an Associated Press report.

The bus was trying to make a right turn when it struck the woman, who had to be extricated and suffered a concussion, broken arm and a crushed left leg and foot, according to the report.

The woman's attorneys claim she worked as a personal trainer and is currently in the hospital still recovering.
