Women Critically Injured After Stabbing In Court House: Police
Two victims are in critical condition after a woman stabbed them with a knife in Court House this weekend, police said.

ARLINGTON, VA — A homeless woman was arrested for stabbing two female victims in Court House Saturday evening, police said.
At about 5:49 p.m. Aug. 12, police were called to the 2000 block of 15th St. N. for the report of a stabbing in process.
Police said 37-year-old Sharon Uwandu got into a verbal argument with two females, produced a knife and stabbed them. People in the area intervened, assisted the victims and detained Uwandu until police arrived.

The victims were transported to the George Washington University Hospital in critical condition, police said. The victims are expected to survive due to the immediate medical intervention by witnesses and Arlington County police officers.

Uwandu was arrested and charged with two-counts of Aggravated Malicious Wounding. She was held on no bond.
