Yelp May Move Into Rosslyn: Report
The office tower that just landed Nestle may get a huge tech tenant as well.

ARLINGTON, VA — Fresh off of landing the headquarters for Nestle, Rosslyn's 1812 North Moore tower may score another huge tenant: Yelp.
The Washington Business Journal reports that the Bay Area-based tech giant was in talks to open a hub in the D.C. area, with 1812 North Moore on a short list of candidates.
Nestle announced earlier this year that it would relocate its U.S. headquarters from California to the recently constructed Rosslyn office building. It doesn't appear that Yelp will be moving its headquarters, but it would give the tech company a significant presence in the D.C. area and continue to establish Arlington as a destination for tech firms.

Jeremy Stoppelman, CEO and co-founder of Yelp, also grew up in Arlington and frequently visited the Ballston Common Mall as a kid, so that could have an impact on whether Rosslyn scores the highly desired tenant.
